General Competitive Grants
CFHC's general grantmaking program makes a difference in the community. Each year grants are awarded to tax-exempt organizations operating programs in Henderson County or programs for the benefit of the residents of Henderson County, including pilot programs to strengthen health and human services, preserve our area's natural environment, construct buildings, make nonprofits more self-sustaining and much more. These grants are awarded from unrestricted, field of interest, and donor advised funds to improve the quality of life in our community. Grantmaking Interest Areas Arts and Culture Education
