How can I view my fund information? Can I login?
Click here or click on “login” in the left hand menu bar. If you already have a user name and password enter them there. If not, click on the “New User Registration” link. I can’t remember my password. Can I have it sent to me?
No. For security reasons, CFHC staff does not have access to your password. You can have your reminder phrase sent to you. Click here to have it sent to you.
How do I set up a fund at CFHC? Where do I find information about funds on the website?
Anyone can establish a fund at the Community Foundation. To learn more about the possibilities of setting up a fund and the different types of funds available, click here. Where can I find the amount available for distribution (for donor advised fund holders)?
First, you must login. After doing so, click on “Access My Fund” in the left hand menu. The funds available for distribution are listed as “Cash Available.” If you have more than one fund, you must select a fund to see its activity. How much money do I have in my fund?
Follow the same directions as above. The “Market Value” lists the fund balance. Keep in mind that the fund information is only updated with investment performance quarterly.
